What do you want to know about reaching or maintaining you ideal body weight? 08/09/2014

I get asked questions all the time about how I changed my lifestyle, career, lost 20lb, reached and continue to maintain my ideal body weight, here are some examples of questions I get asked regularly:

How do you keep the weight off long term?

What’s your exercise routine?

How does juicing actually work?

What do you eat?

Was it difficult starting a new career path?

How can I increase my will power?

How do you stay positive and motivated?

Etc etc.

I absolutely LOVE answering your questions, it’s my purpose and absolute pleasure in life is to help others reach a place of health, happiness and confidence.

Before I studied nutrition and coaching I began my working career in the city of London doing face to face business development for FTSE 100 companies. This was financially rewarding in my twenties but after a while the job left me feeling exhausted and lacking purpose. The client lunches and drinking were fun at first but it soon took its toll on my health and weight, I didn’t recognize who I saw in the mirror. I decided enough was enough, my health was my priority and things had to change. 

I began to re educate myself and the results speak for them selves.  I used to dream of getting back to how I looked in my early twenties but being in my mid thirties I believed this wasn’t possible. However I now weigh exactly what I wanted to weigh and am so much healthier, happier, more confident and my new career path gives me the purpose in life I was craving. My journey helps to inspire others to prioritize them selves and reach their desired health goals. If can do it anyone can!

So here’s what I’m going to do about it for you, I’m going to create an extremely useful course to answer all these questions based on my experience and those of my clients that gives you the tools and information you need to achieve your own personal health, body image and confidence goals.
